The beauty of asana and Yoga philosophy
It is my intention to teach according to the traditional method of Sri Pattabhi Jois in which the following posture is added when the previous postures are performed correctly, When asanas are not performed correctly, preparatory exercises are added, variations are given according to each person´s body. Yoga is to do with both: heart and mind.
It is not a restriction if you are not familiar with the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series. During the practice, automatically you will start and memorize the sequence and understand that each pose is a preparation for the next pose combined with the fundamentals techniques of Ashtanga Yoga. Your body will build up strength, increase flexibility and mind awareness, You will shift from physical effort to the fundamental techniques transforming the practice into a Moving Meditation.
Everybody is welcome to my class. I provide explanations, recommendations, feedbacks and tips for practice at home.
The Primary Series is a Yoga Therapy. With patience, dedication, devotion you will see the results in your body, mind and breath.
Hatha Yoga - Asanas practice - Sequence
Yoga Sutra 11.47, "Pefection in an asana is achieved when the effort to perform it becomes effortless, and the infinite being within is reached"
It is static and leads to perfection on postures, breathing exercises for better meditation postures. Then the flow will be easier by linking together asanas, breath, movement, focus and mind.
Practice of asanas in the correct way has beneficial impact in our body.
If you are new in Yoga or already practicing asanas and need guide in a level, you are welcome. My class is not a fixed flow sequence of asanas. I look to each person and identify the necessary exercises needed. Variations of postures are given.
Aerial Yoga Sling Dynamic Flow
The practice is more circus-dance-based and it uses a tissue in the form of sling as an aerial apparatus which is simple a looped silk. It includes a flow of movements and spinning with focus on strength, flexibility and transition from one pose to another pose.
Some advantages of this practice: good posture and breathing, adequate aligment habits, efficient movement of the body, ability to listen to your body...
I will be happy to teach anyone courious or "non-dancers". You don´t need to have fundamentals or dance skills. Just a big smile and your body ready to experience and have fun!

Yoga education from India and continue practice and studying Asanas and Yoga Philosophy. My background is Aerialist. I have been trained by professional circus performers in the USA, Spain, Germany and Costa Rica and continue practicing on a professional level Aerial Silks.
I like to motivate people to practice the beauty of asanas in a traditional Indian way and share a little bit about the Yoga philosophy respecting and following the Indian education.
I Welcome to anyone courious in aerial yoga on a dynamic way using a sling as aerial apparatus and get the dancer out of your body, experience what is movement in the air with awareness.
